Doug Cook

A lifelong love of architecture and renovation coupled with a series of successful real estate investments inspired Doug to obtain his real estate license to help others optimize their opportunities. Doug enjoys working with people to maximize a property’s potential and find creative solutions.

Doug Cook has been a familiar and trusted presence in Maine for more than twenty years. His work as a television news anchor and reporter at WGME CBS 13 and WMTW News 8 brought him into homes and out into communities across Maine and New Hampshire. Subsequent work in public relations has showcased his communications, customer service and marketing skills. His experience is in brand development, content strategy, and social media marketing. He joined the Benchmark team in fall 2015.
