Benchmark Real Estate to Open New East End Office
Grand opening on Friday will also feature Solaris, a new condo development project on the Eastern Promenade.
Portland, ME - Today, Benchmark Real Estate announced the grand opening date for its new office in Portland's East End. Located at 104 Washington Avenue, the company is planning a weekend-long kick-off party beginning on Friday, December 20 from 4 to 7 p.m. An additional showing will be offered on Saturday, December 21 and Sunday, December 22 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The grand opening will feature the work of renowned local artist Annie Darling, tasty treats and beverages from local businesses, and a charity component; Benchmark will accept donations for The Root Cellar, a Munjoy Hill nonprofit.
