PORTLAND, Maine - On August 15, Benchmark Real Estate and the Friends of Woodfords Corner are hosting Third Thursdays at Trinity Park, an initiative to invigorate the Woodfords Corner area and support the revitalization of this historic neighborhood hub. Attendees will have an opportunity to receive a special gift from Benchmark, sample local food and drinks, buy from local vendors, and enter to win a number of gift cards for local businesses.

Benchmark and volunteers with the Maine Access Immigrant Network will also be collecting items to create home kits for new Mainers, including recent asylum seekers. Attendees can donate an item at the event and be entered to win $200 to the Woodfords Corner business of their choice.
At the same event, Benchmark is unveiling its new "Benchmark Box" by OpBox, a Maine-based manufacturer of pop up spaces for retail and hospitality businesses. With this collaboration, Benchmark brings the very first OpBox pop-up for Maine's real estate industry. Benchmark will be showcasing its new OpBox across Portland this summer and fall to celebrate local neighborhoods and support local events and charities.
