A tradition since the '70s, the Getsinger Cottage on the ocean in Martinsville hosted family and friends alike. The seasonal cottage has two bedrooms, a full bath, a large open kitchen, a dining and living room, and an open loft. A five-minute drive to Port Clyde village and harbor access or take the scenic route and walk Drift Inn Beach Road and loop around Marshall Point Lighthouse. This neighborhood affords its residents three unique access points to the varying shores of mid-coast Maine. These include inner and outer Mosquito Harbor and Pebble Beach. All are private and maintained by the Ocean View Acres Association.
