Tom and his team worked their magic for us twice selling in Portland with their exceptional market knowledge and strong negotiation skills. They were very accurate with our property evaluation and in both instances we were very happy with the sale prices. Both times the day I contacted Tom he made himself available and responded to all of our questions and needs throughout the process. We felt like he ( and his team) took over handled all the details leaving us with just needing to keep the house clean. That’s not always the easiest with my family and old cat so I think we appreciated the pricing was right so both times we sold quickly and for more than we listed. Tom, Courtney and his staff did an excellent job selling my condo in South Portland. He made recommendations to improve certain areas in the condo and had it listed and under contract in 3 days! Closing happened in less than 30 days. This all happened when I had moved to Florida a week prior to the listing going live. We were able to handle this all remotely. Just a pleasure working with you all. I would highly recommend.
