Tom, Courtney and his staff did an excellent job selling my condo in South Portland. He made recommendations to improve certain areas in the condo and had it listed and under contract in 3 days! Closing happened in less than 30 days. This all happened when I had moved to Florida a week prior to the listing going live. We were able to handle this all remotely. Just a pleasure working with you all. I would highly recommend.

Direct and knowledgeable. Facts about the market and how an asset fits in a market count; Benchmark knew the facts and executed as promised. And even though we were remote sellers, Tom and Benchmark treated us like locals.

It was a pleasure to have Benchmark Real Estate and their whole team in our corner during what can be one of the most stressful times in life, the sale of our home.
