During this time, Mike was always quick to respond. He took the time to get a feel for what I was looking for in a home and frequently sent me new showings that fit my home interest right when they hit the market. Mike truly made this long distance closing as seamless as possible. I was handling my brother’s estate from 365 miles away and Mike facilitated every transaction as if I was there. He stepped above and beyond in hiring property maintenance at a fair and reasonable price. He even did a little clean up himself! I would never have gotten through this sale without Mike. The realtor was friendly Informant and easy to approach with any questions I had about the whole process. We would highly recommend using Mr. O’Brien. We were moving out of state and he helped us find a reliable, trust worthy realtor in Massachusetts, and we loved her so yes, I’m saying it again I would highly recommend Mr. O’Brien as a realtor I’m hoping to work with him again in the future.
