Working with Benchmark Real Estate made selling and marketing a house so easy. They helped me by providing a time schedule, a staging and historic home consult, professional photography and videos of the inside and outside of the house and a website and color printed brochures to help market my unique Antique Ship Builder's home.I also very much appreciated having Mary, Tom and others from the Benchmark team attend all my showings and take great care to learn the history of my home and take the time to help explain that history as well as open and close the home before and after showings.Once under contract they provided a detailed list of all items that needed to be taken care of prior to closing and the closing took only 30 minutes!All in all they paid a great deal of attention to marketing my home and making a successful sale.

Working with Tom and his team was like being a participant on a popular home-buying TV show. I showed up with a very specific list of requirements: (1) type/size - 2bd/2b condo; (2) location - newer construction centrally located in Old Port with indoor parking; and (3) settlement within 30 days. And, as if it were scripted and in spite of a tight market, Tom delivered on EVERYTHING! Now I know why Tom is the #1 broker in Southern Maine.
