While it may seem that we have given Debrah too many stars, she deserves them all. Debrah’s negotiating skills saved us a lot of money. Hi DebrahThank you so much for the gift card. Very nice of you to do that and we will enjoy it. I am always more than happy to give your contact info to my friends as I know you will do a great job for them. I always tell the story of how when we were looking for our condo and I was stressing out you looked at me and said “Sharon this is supposed to be fun”. For some reason that made me stop stressing. And the fact that I knew you would guide us through what I find a confusing process. I look at condo prices now and am glad we bought when we did! We did not get to the condo as much as we would of liked to this winter due to of course the weather! Now summer is busy but I would love connect sometime when we are there. Will you be in our area on your boat this year? We bought a boat last summer just for pleasure and its sort of like the condo trying to find time to be on it. Hope all is well with youSharon
