I am always more than happy to give your contact info to my friends as I know you will do a great job for them. I always tell the story of how when we were looking for our condo and I was stressing out you looked at me and said “Sharon this is supposed to be fun”. For some reason that made me stop stressing. And the fact that I knew you would guide us through what I find a confusing process. I look at condo prices now and am glad we bought when we did! We did not get to the condo as much as we would of liked to this winter due to of course the weather! Now summer is busy but I would love connect sometime when we are there. Will you be in our area on your boat this year? We bought a boat last summer just for pleasure and its sort of like the condo trying to find time to be on it. Hope all is well with youSharon

The lodge is a unique property, having a lot of rustic charm and historical designation/interest. However, since it is very different from most hospitality properties, finding a buyer proved to be a challenge. We had a lot of interest from potential buyers, but financing proved to be a problem in a less-than-friendly lending market. Fortunately, Debrah Yale was tenacious, creative and good-humored throughout the sales process, which took several years and was filled with more than a few disappointments and near misses! I think that Debrah is a major reason that we managed to find a buyer that not only could afford to buy the lodge, but seems to be committed to the future of this one-of-a-kind property. I recommend Debrah Yale and Benchmark without any reservations.
