It 's an understatement to say these last few months have been uniquely challenging. Real estate all but stopped when the pandemic first hit. Then as it slowly reopened, we had to reinvent our practices on a weekly, sometimes daily, basis to respond to shifting client needs and comply with ever-changing safety guidelines. We had barely adjusted to the new normal and then all of a sudden, the market exploded.
