Mike truly made this long distance closing as seamless as possible. I was handling my brother’s estate from 365 miles away and Mike facilitated every transaction as if I was there. He stepped above and beyond in hiring property maintenance at a fair and reasonable price. He even did a little clean up himself! I would never have gotten through this sale without Mike. The realtor was friendly Informant and easy to approach with any questions I had about the whole process. We would highly recommend using Mr. O’Brien. We were moving out of state and he helped us find a reliable, trust worthy realtor in Massachusetts, and we loved her so yes, I’m saying it again I would highly recommend Mr. O’Brien as a realtor I’m hoping to work with him again in the future.

Mike was instrumental in helping my wife and I buy our first home. He was looking at our lot we were building and pointed out a critical issue with the land, one of which the developers were not readily disclosing. That led us to change plans to build a much better lot and the customer who built the original lot ended up with lots of flooding issues. For his foresight, we are forever grateful! Mike stayed with us through the entire build, extensions, disruptions and all and was a huge advocate for us during the process. Many thanks to Mike and his team at Benchmark. We interviewed several real estate professionals when we were getting ready to list our house. All were professional and came with impressive stats. But it was clear from our first meeting with Tom that he would be the favorite. His sales history is impressive as were the testimonials. He explained the process in great detail to help us understand his strategy. He gave us ideas and recommendations to get ready for the listing. We liked having a firm timeline so we all understood what needed to be done and by when. Tom's assistant Courtney was also also amazing to work with, she was always available and responsive. We liked that someone from Benchmark was always present at our house when there was a showing or open house. Tom helped us with reviewing offers promptly and gave us sound advice based on his expertise. We are very happy with how the negotiations and sale of our house went.
