We can't thank Debrah enough for guiding us through a very long and difficult process to finally find and close on our dream ocean-front property in Harpswell. She is very knowledgeable about the area and the types of things to consider with oceanfront property that aren't an issue with inland properties. We saw such a wide range of properties as we narrowed in on what we wanted, so we definitely kept her on her toes:). Debrah was available at any time to answer questions, set up showings, follow up with the seller's realtor, and help us negotiate through months of back and forth with the seller. Debrah helped us find our dream spot on the ocean, and we are thrilled!

Mike was prompt, professional, and comprehensive in helping us find and purchase our first home. He listened to our preferences, understood what we were looking for very quickly, and never pushed us in any direction. He was thorough in the research he did to answer every question we had and very clear and patient in explaining the numerous steps involved to a couple of rookies. The first time I met Mike as he was walking up my driveway making a cold call looking for new clients I knew he was going to be my realtor, even though I hadn't thought about selling my house. His straightforward, low key, personal approach was apparent from our first meeting. Once I decided to put the house on the market Mike was my first call. It was a great decision. During our search, Mike's knowledge of the real estate market was extremely helpful in helping find our new home.
