One of the most important things about buying a home is whether your agent will work for you. Kim most definitely does that and went above and beyond to help us buy a home that was right for us. She is thoughtful and I would most definitely recommend her. Kim is a joy to work with and most importantly knows her market inside out. I would work with Kim again in a heartbeat.

Tonya has been fantastic to work with - very personable, fun, and knowledgeable. We had purchased a home before working with Tonya and had dealt with several other agents. Tonya was by far, the most professional and reliable agent we have had the pleasure of working with. For any questions or requests we had, she was quick to reply. She was always on time for showings and had the information ready at hand. As for helping us walk around and inspecting the properties, she was VERY knowledgeable at what was/wasnt up to code, quality and aging of systems, what looked good or something that may be concerning. Most importantly though, she always had our best interests at heart. It took us about 6 months to find our home and even when we wanted to, Tonya never gave up on us. Her optimism, cheerful smile and good-natured personality made this journey much more enjoyable. We wouldn't work with anyone else.
