Deb provided very strong marketing. She didn't just take photos, but she went the extra distance to engage someone to develop drawings that visualized exterior improvements as a way to better engage a potential buyer with the full potential of the property. She evaluated and effectively promoted our commercial property to a wider audience than just the local market, and the result was a sale to a commercial investor that exceeded expectations.

Mike is a go getter!! When he said he was going to get something done, I never once believed it wouldn't happen. Mike was always watching and patiently waiting for the perfect condo to pop up on the MLS. When something came on, he made certain I was on it, and in it, by that day or first thing the next day. When he found my new condo, he acted swiftly and got me right in. Within 30 minutes, we had a verbal agreement with the seller, and I was under contract that day. He has great negotiating skills and his goal was obvious...get me into a home that was perfect for me. He accomplished just that, keeping me laughing and positive even when things were getting frustrating. Mike is a man of his word, a person one can trust whole heartedly, and now my friend!
